Malgré les avancées législatives, les TDS rencontrent régulièrement des difficultés pour accéder à un compte bancaire. Pour mieux cerner le problème, UTSOPI, Violett et Espace P ont lancé une enquête en ligne en 2024. Plus de 750 travailleur·euses du sexe ont fait part de leurs expériences.
